Modern Market Eatery Broomfield will host our November Payback Night on Thursday, November 12, 2020 for dine in and pick up orders at 4800 W 121st Ave., Suite 1, Broomfield, CO 80020 from 5:00-8:00 PM. Dine out for Aspen Creek PTA on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Panera Bread, 14415 Delaware St., Westminster, CO 80023 from 4-8 PM. Panera Bread will give back 20% of the proceeds brought in by our supporters who mention or present our flyer by paper or smartphone. Click the image to the left to display.
Panera is offering many safe options to order your dinner: Order in person or at the drive thru. Other options include ordering online via the Panera website or app for Rapid Pick-Up, curbside pickup, or home delivery (if available) . Use promo code PRFUND when ordering online or in the app to ensure Aspen Creek receives proceeds from the event.

You've Been Howled Yard Fundraiser
We're introducing an entertaining, community fundraiser! Donate to play and raise funds for our school. A pack of coyotes may show up in your yard by way of yard signs. Make a $25 donation to move them to the next yard, or donate $100 in advance by purchasing "coyote insurance" to keep them out of your yard. It's a fun community event we're working on, and we can't wait to unveil the details!

Aspen Creek PTA strives to involve all families in supporting our school and our Coyote Community. How do we do this? Each year we shift to meet our students' and teachers' needs. This may include offering opportunities to provide parenting resources encouraging our families to snuggle up and read books with their students at home, to providing resources to support middle schoolers as they face new experiences, to facilitating opportunities to volunteer at school or as a Room Parent. We also offer free PTA sponsored community events like a Kindergarten Welcome Picnic, Fall Family Picnic/Food Truck Night, STEAM Night, Milk and Cookies Night, and Read-A-Thon. There are many opportunities to give financially beyond Direct Drive--Participating in one of our other fundraising events like Payback Nights, Online Auction, You've Been Howled yard sign fundraising event, King Soopers Rewards, Milk Caps for Moo-la, AmazonSmile, BoxTops for Education, American Furniture Warehouse, or asking even by a business to provide a corporate sponsorship or online auction item donation to our school, etc.
The PTA supports our students by strengthening the bond between parents, guardians, teachers, and the administration. We collaborate together to provide financial means to bridge the gaps between educational and social-emotional needs. Funds raised in the 2020-2021 school year will provide teachers with resources to strengthen curriculum to support our students' learning in-person and online. We are endeavoring to continue nurturing hearts and minds by providing services for our families that are experiencing food insecurity during our economic downturn, and are providing safe, educational events for the students and the school community. We can't do this without your financial support and positive attitude of hope for our students' futures. Returning Winter 2021!
One of our favorite FUNdraising events of the year took place from December 9-15, 2019. Our school community bid to win fantastic items from local businesses, and ever popular adventures with teachers and staff to help us raise funds for PTA events and our grant program. A special THANK YOU to all our generous sponsors and school staff who made this successful fundraising event possible!

READ-A-THON AND MILK AND COOKIES NIGHT
Read-A-Thon took place from March 9-20, 2020, and Milk and Cookies Night was scheduled to be held on March 17, 2020 from 6:00-7:30 PM. Read-A-Thon is a popular annual event sponsored by the PTA and our school librarian. We dedicate two weeks to the love and importance of reading! Follow along on Facebook for details.

STEAM WEEK AND STEAM EXPO NIGHT

For several years, we've been honored to have a dedicated group of parent volunteers that organize a stellar STEAM week for students and an evening expo for families. They seek local STEAM-related businesses and hobbyists to present to the students throughout the week, along with an expo of 21st century learning experiences with local businesses and school staff.
