2019/2020 Teacher Grant Program


Hello, Teachers! We are excited to let you know Aspen Creek PTA’s Education Enrichment Grant program is entering its 8th year! Since 2012, Aspen Creek PTA has been able to fund more than $118,000 in technology, teaching materials, and training for our school. We are excited for another successful year of the Grant program in support of our mission to uphold and enrich the learning experience of our students. 

As we get back into the groove of school, it’s time to start thinking about this year’s grant activities. I am attaching a link to the updated application for your use, as well as some tips and FAQs to make filling it out easier on you. The updated grant rubric is also attached so you are aware of the grading criteria used by the committee. 


Here are some important dates for you to remember in this year’s process: 

  • October 13 - Grant applications due by the end of the day

  • October 23 - 8:15-9:00 AM, first meeting of the Grant Committee 

    • Questions and clarifications for any grants

  • October 30 - 7:30-9:00 AM, second meeting of Grant Committee

    • Prioritize grants

  • November 5 - PTA Board Review and Recommendation of Prioritized Grant List and PTA General Meeting Approval Vote on Prioritized Grant List

  • November 6 - First round grant funds available
